Holly St. is a well know street in this area. There are lots of commercial buildings and few condominium buildings in this street. Just right East of Yonge and South of Eglinton Avenue. Just few minutes walk to Eglinton Subway station. Dunfield Avenue is also close to Yonge and Eglinton Avenue. Just 5 minutes walk to Eglinton Subway station. Condo buildings, town houses and rental buildings in this street.
Lilian Street, another residential area with buildings and rentals. About 10 minutes walk to the subway and very close to shopping area and all other amenities. Redpath Avenue, more major and wider street in the area. Stretches from North to South and more closer to Mt. Pleasant Road. Brownlow Avenue, close to Mt Pleasant Road and about 10 minutes walk to the subway. Very close to other transportation like buses.
These four are the major streets in Davisville area. Yonge Street, Eglinton Avenue East, Mount Pleasant Road, St. Clair Avenue East. They have all kind of properties in them from Residential to Commercial and retails to Condo buildings and town houses. Very important and high demanded part of the city of Toronto. Some major governmental building are located in the area like Immigration Canada and OHIP Soudan Avenue, another famous street in the area, stretches from West to East. Most of the houses are located in the South side of the street, facing North.
Hillsdale Avenue East, another good street in this location. Note that there are almost no house in the area. Most of the houses are 2 storey and small in size. Davisville Park is right North of Davisville Avenue and Greenwin Tennis Club is located in this park. Greenwood Management Associates is also located on Davisville and Mt. Pleasant Rd.
Davisville Avenue, Balliol Street, Pailton Crescent are three major streets in Davisville are. There are more rental buildings that are highly demanded. There are also some town houses in these three streets. Merton Street has few condo buildings and also some commercial buildings in it. South side of the street is part of Mt. Pleasant Cemetery.
In the South side of Mt.Pleasant Cemetery and East of Yonge Street, there is Glen Elm Avenue, Alvin Avenue, Ferndale Avenue, that stretches to St. Clair Ave. East. All residential and some commercial in this location. Walking distance to St. Clair subway station.
On the West side of Mt. Pleasant Rd and North of St. Clair Avenue East, there are few other residential streets with old and new houses. Heath St E, Inglewood Drive, Moore Ave, Cornish Rd. Clifton Rd and Rose Park Dr. Toronto Bridge Club is located in this area.
