The multimillion-dollar price tags are because of one- to six-acre land sizes and easy commute to downtown Toronto. Having the luxury, huge lots and homes, privacy and less time wasting in commuting to the heart of City of Toronto is what you find in Bridle Path.

Bridle Path TorontoMillionaire’s residents of this location include famous and infamous individuals like Conrad Black or Prince. Lawrence Park locates on west side of Bayview Avenue. Houses in this area are large, but the lands are smaller than on the east side of Bayview Avenue. Hogg’s Hollow and York Mills are upscale locations too, but more modest and smaller lots. Glendon Forest, Edwards Gardens and Sunnybrook Park are the examples of parks in this location.

Also there are condo twonhouses luxury and old in the neighbourhood which still are expensive. There are also new condominium apartments coming up close to Sunnybrook Hospital and on Bayview Avenue.

Upscale amenities—Bayview Country Club Golf Course and St. Andrew’s College, one of Toronto’s best private schools—an easy commute downtown, quiet full of large trees in all streets and large parks, if you can afford to buy a property in this are do not lose the opportunity. This is the best neighbourhood of the City of Toronto.

In the other hand after 6 to 7 years of rising prices in real estate including this location, the value of many luxury houses in the area after slowing down in the market and going through bad economy in the world, they took a nose-dive in prices. This year the market is hot and the prices start rising again. This is a cycle which is not predictable in real estate market.

Neighbourhood Hot spots like: Coppi, The Miller Tavern, York Mills Shopping Centre. Restaurants like: The Monkey Bar & Grill, Bread Bar, The Abbot Pub & Fare, Squel and Trio.

Granite Club, Zodiac Swim and Specialt Camp, Crestwood Valley Day Camp, Pigeus European Bakery, Swiss Master Chocolatier, Melmira Bra and Swimsuits and Cozy Nails are other shopping and services spots in the area.

Suncrest Drive is the last street on south side or end of Bridle Path. On the South part, there is Wilket Creek Park and Sunnybrook Park.  These two parks are covering a large area of land in this location. On South West side of the area there is Sunnybrook and woman’s college, York University-Glendon Campus is also part of that section.

The Bridle Path starts from the most Eastern part of Post Road , from North to South and it ends on Suncrest Drive. There are street branches from The Bridle Path. If you dirve in this area, you will be so confiused by looking at these huge mansions. These are like too many palaces in a small area of the city of Toronto. The most expensive houses up to $27,000,000 with large lots and lots of huge trees that cover most of the area and the visibility of homes.

Park Lane Circle and High Point Road are the two parallel roads West side of The Bridle Path. When you drive in these two streets you will find huge mansions with large gates. Most of them are either renovated inside and are old originally or they are built recently.

On East side of The Bridle Path, you could find Banbury Road that is running North, South of the area. In that part you could find huge homes but more newer with smaller lots. Between Banbury Road and the Bridle Path there is large Ravine that covers most of the area and lots of houses backing to this ravine. This is another reason that is adding value to these homes.

Lawrence Avenue East that runs from East to West is dividing the area to half. In Bridle Path neighbourhood, Lawrence Avenue East runs from Leslie Street and ends just before Bayview Avenue. There are no residential or commercial properties in Lawrence Avenue East in this location. Other branch streets which are all south part of The Bridle Path which would be south side of Lawrence Avenue East are Glenorchy Road, Saintfield Avenue, Pool Place, Peebles Avenue, Salonica Road, Royal Oak Drive and Shady Oaks Crescent. North side of Lawrence Avenue East in the Bridle Path there are not small branches.

Edwards Garden is also in this part of Bridle Path, just right at the corner of Leslie Street and Lawrence Avenue East.
The most Northern part of the area of Bridle Path is the street of The Bridle Path that runs East West and there is a branch street called Timberglade Court. This is a dead end street. Country Lane is the last Northern part of Bridle Path neighbourhood.

Post Road, which is one the most famous streets in the city of Toronto because of the amount of the large houses in this street, runs from West to East. It is a branch of Bayview Avenue from East side of it. Hyde Park Circle is the closest branch street of Post Road to Bayview Avenue and has more moderate houses in this section of Bridle Path neighbourhood.

Bob Rumball Associations For The Deaf is located in this area but right on Bayview Avenue, South side of Post Road. Crestwood School, Crescent School and Park Lane Public School are some of the schools in this area.
